Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember who you are and how you’re using it.
2. Cookies we use
The theme uses WordPress cookies to support sign-in and account settings:
- wordpress_logged_in_[hash] — keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Deleted when you sign out or your session expires.
- wordpress_sec_[hash] — used for secure, authenticated areas of the site.
- wp-settings-[id] and wp-settings-time-[id] — remember display preferences inside the WordPress dashboard; only relevant to staff who use wp-admin.
These are “strictly necessary” cookies: the site’s login and case desk cannot function without them, so they are set automatically and cannot be turned off from within the site.
3. Payments and optional services
The theme does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Payments take place on Stripe’s separate hosted checkout page, where Stripe’s own cookie and privacy policies apply. Additional plugins or hosting services may add cookies and should be reflected in this policy before they are enabled.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies will prevent you from staying signed in to the case desk. Review Stripe’s cookie settings and policies separately when using its payment page.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
